 How to take? |
Take 1-3 full droppers daily. To fill one full dropper, squeeze the dropper bulb several times. You can take your tincture in several ways, depending on your preferences:
– Directly in a Mouth;
– In a Drink like shake, coffee, tea, water etc. (not in very hot water);
– In Food: salad, sandwich, main courses, soup, snack, cereal, egg, oatmeal, dessert etc.
Shake well before each use.
Tincture absorption is favored if it is taken on an empty stomach and accompanied by vitamin C and plenty of liquid.
Consistency is key: for maximum benefits, take the tincture regularly.
On the first week, you can use 1 full dropper and after that, adjust the dosage up or down, according to what your body feels.
You can place the tincture bottle (with the cap removed) into a pot of warm water to evaporate the alcohol.. The alcohol amount is very small of about 0,35ml per one full dropper, which is equivalent to the alcohol in a 'ready to eat' banana!

 Storage |
To maintain the freshness of the product, store it in a dry place at room temperature, away from sources of moisture and light. Also remember to keep the product out of the reach of small children. Do not use the dietary supplement after its expiration date: 12 months after opening.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential for maintaining good health. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

The taste is similar to propolis. You can mix your dropper into a drink or food, the small amount of alcohol won’t alter the flavor, and your mushrooms will still be just as effective!
